Evad3rs is Currently Reportedly Working on iOS 8 Untethered Jailbreak


A new rumor regarding iOS 8 has recently got surfaced. The rumor says iOS 8 Jailbreak will be released shortly after the official launch of iOS 8. The jailbreaking team Evad3rs is rumored to be active at this moment to release the next iOS Jailbreak.


It should be mentioned here Jailbreak iOS 7 was the most eagerly awaited Jailbreak ever. That’s mainly because iOS 7 was released a year ago and the wait has been too long for users. Even not too long ago, iOS users were in doubt as to whether they should brace themselves for Jailbreak iOS 7.1 or wait for Jailbreak iOS 8 since iOS 8 release is due in September. With the present rumor at hand, it’d be even more confusing for them.

Before we discuss further the release of iOS 8 Jailbreak, let us give a quick look at Jailbreak iOS 7.1.2 which was released just a while ago. Jailbreak iOS 7.1.2 was released in June this year and is currently available for download for iPhone 5/5C/5S.

iOS 7.1 was released this year’s March with beefed up security. But the same month, hacking team Evasi0n7 untethered jailbreaking tool. A month later, iOS 7.1.1 was launched. The very next month, hackers like i0n1c, Winocm and Yeongjin released Jailbreak iOS 7.1.1. In June, Pangu iOS 7.1.1 untethered jailbreak was released by a team of Chinese jailbreakers.

The Pangu Jailbreak was very popular and worked on all devices. i0n1c however was heard saying the exploits that were used in Pangu were originally his ideas and those, who attended his training classes early 2014 stole it from him.

At the end of June 2014, Apple released 7.1.2 which was basically a bug fix update. The update however didn’t repair the Pangu Jailbreak exploits. The hackers behind Pangu picked up the trail by updating Pangu for Mac as well as for Windows to support iOS 7.1.2 untethered Jailbreak on all iOS devices.

Per latest rumors, hackers have found it very difficult to crack iOS 8 due its increased security. They have developed iOS 8 jailbreak for iPhone 4S but iPhone 5, iPhone 5S and iPhone 5C untethered jailbreak are yet to be worked on. The Evad3rs team didn’t specify any timeline for the release of the jailbreak.

Since five beta versions of iOS 8 have already been released, it has become easy for the hackers to keep pace with iOS 8 development works. iOS 8 will arrive with a host of features. The camera will have a scores of new and exciting features. The iMessage, iCloud, Spotlight and the search function all will be improved.

The most anticipated feature will be the HealthKit. It’s a system that will track data by integrating with third party health apps. Apple is so serious about HealthKit that it has decided to equip iPhone 6 with M7 Coprocessor for better tracking.

As soon as iOS 8 releases, there will be craving for iOS 8 jailbreak. Whether or not Evad3rs be able to dish it out to iOS users, is what we need to see.
